Acceptance of Terms & Effective Date
By accessing the ace99 platform or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between ace99 and the user, governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. ace99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms. These services are available to Bangladeshi citizens or residents aged 18 and above only.

By accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement and are using the service of your own free will.
